Refunds Policy
At Publicify.net, we are committed to delivering a transparent, performance-driven affiliate marketing experience for businesses and affiliates. By subscribing to our services or participating in campaigns, you agree to the following refund policy:
1. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees (Free, Growth, or Enterprise Plans) are non-refundable, regardless of usage or early cancellation.
Businesses may cancel their subscription by providing a 30-day written notice. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
2. Campaign Budgets
Campaign budgets set by businesses are non-refundable once allocated.
Funds from the campaign budget are exclusively used to compensate affiliates for valid conversions (e.g., sales, clicks, sign-ups).
Any unspent campaign budget will remain available within the business’s account for future campaigns but will not be refunded.
3. Conversion Fees
Publicify charges a percentage-based service fee on each successful conversion, as agreed upon in the business’s individual service contract.
These service fees are non-refundable, as they cover platform usage, technology, and campaign management services.
4. Affiliate Payouts
Affiliates earn commissions only for verified and valid conversions.
Payouts are issued once the affiliate reaches the minimum threshold of $10.
Publicify is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by affiliates.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered under the following rare situations:
Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our system.
Unauthorized transactions proven to be fraudulent.
In such cases, businesses must contact support@publicify.net within 7 days of the transaction date for review. Publicify reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
6. Account Deactivation
Publicify reserves the right to deactivate or suspend any business or affiliate account that violates these Terms & Conditions, promotes illegal products, or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
